ERN-DC Statement in Response to BEGA Decision
WASHINGTON, D.C. (December 6, 2019) – Education Reform Now DC Deputy Director Jess Giles released the below statement today following the District of Columbia Board of Ethics and Government Accountability (BEGA) decision:
“I take pride in my advocacy on behalf of D.C.’s students and seek to always operate with a sense of transparency. My testimony was provided in a public hearing and is publicly available online. I have settled this matter with BEGA and look forward to continuing to act with transparency and operating in compliance as I advocate for a more equitable education for all of the District’s children.“
