University of Virginia President Teresa Sullivan, dubbed “the unluckiest president in America” by Fortune magazine, was just re-upped for two more years as president with a salary bump.

The news comes only two months after student-led protests broke out regarding a double-digit tuition hike and just two years after severe cuts to the university’s AccessUVa financial aid program drew national attention and protest.

Meanwhile, Sullivan was promised a $15,000 salary increase this year and $25,000 the following year — bringing her current $647,000 salary just south of $700,000.
