Tania has served in various roles with ERN since 2013, first as ERN-WA Deputy State Director and then on the national team, currently as Deputy Chief of State Operations. In this role, Tania is responsible for supporting state chapter operations including policy, political, and communications efforts, staff development, and strategic planning. Prior to joining ERN, she was Chief of Staff for the League of Education Voters in Seattle, Washington, and sponsored the state’s successful 2012 public charter schools initiative.
