This table lists 100 programs that have earnings premiums that beat their predicted earnings level by the largest margin. Of the top 100 programs, 33 of them are offered at public colleges, 59 are at private colleges, and 8 are at for-profit institutions. Forty-four of these programs are in Health-related fields, 16 are in Business fields, 15 are in STEM, and 5 are in Liberal Arts. 97 of the 100 programs leave their students with positive earnings premiums; the remaining three programs leave their students with negative earnings premiums, but these programs still perform above what their predicted earnings would be given the characteristics of the programs and students they serve.

See Christensen (2023) for how a program’s Earning Premium is measured and defined. Predicted Earnings Premiums are determined using the regression specified in Appendix D of the same report. All earnings amounts are in constant 2016 dollars adjusted using CPI. Actual and predicted earnings premiums are rounded to the nearest whole dollar, which is why the difference may not sum to the exact number.
