Andrew Epifanio (he/him/his) is ERN's Senior Manager of K-12 Policy. Andrew supports the policy team with developing and advancing ERN’s K-12 policy and political agenda.
Prior to ERN, Andrew worked as a policy analyst for the Joint Committee on Education in the Massachusetts Legislature. In his role, he analyzed state budget proposals, reviewed and redrafted legislation, and met with stakeholders on pressing education issues. Before working at the legislature, Andrew held several project management and advising roles, including as a research manager at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, a career coach at Stanford University, and a training manager with the nonprofit City Year. Andrew's career in public service started as an AmeriCorps member with City Year serving in Title I schools in Washington, D.C.
Andrew holds an Ed.M. in Education Policy and Analysis from the Harvard Graduate School of Education. He's an avid traveler, hiker, photographer, film soundtrack enthusiast, and moviegoer. Andrew currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts.
