As we gear up for next week’s Democratic primary debate, let’s take a look at how the Democratic frontrunners aim to reform higher ed. As my colleague Michael Dannenberg wrote yesterday, while Clinton and Sanders have played largely to type so far by calling for large new resource investments to support college affordability, Clinton comes much closer to following President Obama’s lead of calling for both resources and reform in higher education.
